Moving trailer in Pittsburgh without getting into trouble by the police

I bought a mobile home trailer yesterday.the owner has no title. I need to move the trailer from Leetsdale, Pa to Wilkinsburg,Pa. Once I get it to Wilkinsburg, I will apply for a salvage title and plates. The question is how do I move the trailer without getting into trouble by the police.
