get a lawyer and they can have it knocked down to a coasting (if he was driving his truck?) then he can go to traffic school (some states dont allow truckers to go to driving school in our state we did it and took the class out of state)and then it wont show points...lawyers all have the tricks up their sleeves....no need to tell me he/you dont have the money for a lawyer. best to find it....somehow...
