Names in truck cabin window

(Vancouver, BC, Canada)

Hi, I'm wondering if you can tell me why some truck cabin's have a sign with a name on it that appears in the window. Are they names of the trucker's children? wife?

Just curious as I've seen it a couple times and wondered.
