Need a CDL A, "tractor and trailer", to take CDL A w/o restrictions test in New Hampshire on 12th March 2019

Hoping to get some practice, prefer auto trans, flatbed trailer.

I have my CDL B taking driver testing for CDL A. I have learners permit for CDL A, just need the truck and trailer for some practice before the test on the same day.
