Need help finding a job due to 3 yr old carelss charge - Birmingham

I have a 3years old careless driving on my driving record. I still work for the company. I'm trying to leave so I can make more money but wont no one hire me with 17 years experience.

I really need help.

Do anyone know a company out of Alabama would hire me wife going blind and we need the money.
