need information about workers comp with 10 drivers

I am trying to get some information on workers comp for truckers. The info I'm looking for is how it works with payroll and how a owner can avoid or limit their cost if they have 10 or 12 Drivers.

If anyone can tell me where to look I have tried the BWC they don't really have the info I need.

Any help would be good.
