Need training and truck rental in Myrtle Beach SC area

Myrtle beach s.c, / Conway s.c. would like to know if there are any place or persons in these areas I can rent a truck preferably a freightliner 10 speed manual with a flatbed trailer for a class A cdl skill and road test.

Additionally may want some assistance with backing properly. Available weekends and after 530 during weekdays. Amt $$$ Negotiable.
