obtaining cdl with sight in only one eye

i had a cdl 1978-1983-class a,lost it,tried getting it back,but due to lossing sight of my left eye due to an accident,its nothing but a hard time.

my wife says i drive better than most folks with both eyes,the rules are always changing-always seems like roadblocks.

hell,i lost that sight in the left eye in 1979,so i turn my head a little more. i am still very much safety minded.

is there anything i can do?
