Passenger open container

Hey my name is Donnie Harvey I just received my CDL may 3 and cant find a job because of a open container ticket I got back in dec.2009 an the thing about it I was a passenger in the car so they charged me with a passenger open container they end u charging everybody in the car with open contained because no one wouldn't take blame for the bottle.

is it any trucking company out there will take me because all I been hearing is you have to wait after December to get hired.

I think you have to call a lot more trucking companies. I am sure you will get a lot of closed doors though. Be prepared for it.

One thing you might consider is getting a job with a moving company or on a dock so that you have a foot in the door somewhere while you are looking searching.

After you hit that 3 year mark on your charge which will be in December, you will have a larger number of trucking companies that are willing to let you in
