Phoenix Az trucking job desired

I'm a recovered alcoholic/addict. I have A misdemeanor possession of marijuana charge from 7/2010 and a felony dui from 3/2004. Substance abuse related issues older than 10 years. No sex, theft, violent crimes.

I am a man of integrity and have overcome my past issues. I received my class a cdl Nov. 10, 2011. And my dream is to be a otr driver. I have host of close friends in trucking industry and the are more than willing to provide references.

What do you suggest? I am going to make somebody a great employee, safe driver, and free to drive, drive drive.
