This is my actual resume NEW
by: Phyllip Hickman

Would you believe it? No one will hire me locally because I don't have 1 year experience in the last 2 years driving a Tractor / trailer rig. I graduated from a CDL school in the 1990's and graduated from a refresher course at the same school in 2012. Still, I can't get hired because I don't have 1 full year experience driving a rig in the last 2 years. The only companies that will look at me are long haul (over the road) companies. I have a clean record in criminal history, driving history, and credit history. I have endorsements for passenger, double/triple trailer and Hazardous materials. The same holds true in the heavy equipment field I paid $3,000.00 for a heavy equipment operator school and got OSHA certified. No one will hire me because I have no on the job experience. Folks, I'm not only frustrated, I down right angry!!!!!
