Private use interstate travel with my semi truck with no ifta of irp???

I need to pick up a trailer I bought "internet auction" from a govt base in Indiana for my private use empty back to Florida.

I own the trailer and truck. Can i put private use only ?? on truck and travel with no ifta or irp worries ????

The permits cost almost as much as i paid for the trailer
