Proposition for owner operator by experienced NC driver

Attention all O/O. I've got a business proposition for you. I'm an ex driver who wants back in the seat. Only I'm being told that I have to go back to CDL school. The problem is I've kept my CDL's current. So, instead of spending three to four weeks and three to four thousand dollars, why don't you train me for two weeks and I can just pay you an agreed dollar amount paid back through pay roll deductions. I will agree to work for you for one full calendar year. It's a win/win for both of us. I'm 55 years old, in good health , with six years OTR experience. I'm looking for full time work.
