Putting together a high-security, high-value, time-sensitive team

I am vetting applications for a teammate to haul AA&E (arms, ammunition and explosives) cargo. I need one driver with me. We will be out for three weeks at a time.

The successful teammate should have at a bare minimum ten-years coast-to-coast experience, no CSA (Compliance, Safety, Accountability) violations.

They should also have scrupulous hygiene, be a non-smoker, and have a squeaky-clean background.
