Question about insurance company approval..

I had a great interview with a small company. I was told now that they have to get me approved with their insurance company before they will hire me.

What does that really mean?

They need to have the Ins co check your driving record and such to determine if they will insure you. If your driving record and other such records are fine you should have no problems. Reach me at www.SemiRetireTrucking.com if you need more of an answer than that.
