Question about leasing and insurance

If I lease my truck to TRUCKING CO.WHO MOST RUN OIL FILL PIPE.I sign a contract , well how long will this last? Do I have to sign ever yr. why I there. And also on my Occasional Group Insurance Policy do this cover a stroke while under a dispatch while out under a load on the road.
