rear ended a car in company truck, no call police does it go on record?

I was going down the road maybe 25-32 mph when the car in front of me slams on brakes. I hit the back of her car, no damage to either vehicle and the woman said she didn't want to bother with calling the cops and she left.

I told my company and went for my drug test but does this go against my driving record?
