Retired now want to start trucking at Company with free CDL training program

Been trying to get into one of the companies that offer paid CDL training programs.

Keep getting turned down cause NO past Three tears Work history. I retired three years ago after 22yrs in Law Enforcement.

I took three years off. Now I want to be a driver but they say I don’t have three years work just????? I’m only 46. Anyone know any company’s out there.
