Returning back to the trucking industry

Back in 2008 of September I lost my job as truck driver I cant quite remember the story but i was arrested out of my truck went to jail for 30 days and was released.

I plead guilty to some of the charges i had due to the fact i was extreme home sick and was ready to get out but the judge gave me time serve and only had a few things on my driving record so as of today im ready to return back to the road more than ever but I keep being turned down.

Would any one give me some advice on what to do
