Rider is driver's mistress

Can I sue my husband's company regarding the rider policy? Driver has been committing adultery with his passenger for 2 plus yrs.

My family and I have suffered financially and he doesn't care. Note: Adultery is a felony in MI. Fortune 500 co has employees who are aware of the adultery.

The only person to blame for your husbands adultery is your husband! What does his company have anything to do with it? If their policy is he can take a passenger, there is no law he has to take his wife. I think your barking up the wrong tree there.

Take him to the cleaners, kick him to the curb. Michigan is a no fault divorce state. The court is your best bet. Take half of whatever he has, move on.

Moore Transport Chapter 11

Word on the road is Moore Transport filed Chapter 11. Buying new trucks every 2 yrs and under bidding seems to of taken its toll. Wives say the husband have to work more, to get paid less. Newbies are fed the good loads, then when hooked, they get it too.

Sounds like the talent there left and is bringing up another company. Anybody know anything about this ?
