Hello all,
I've done everything from being a Marine Corps Avionics Technician on helos to warehouse and factory work to construction and hazardous waste abatement work.

The one thing I have realized is I enjoy the outdoor work and hate sitting at a desk!

I want to travel the country, am now separated, kids are grown...now is the time to do it!

I am considering going though Roehl to get my cdl and training. Are there any comments, positive or negative about them?

I'd look at Contract Freighters Inc. (www.cfidrive.com) for dry van running coast to coast.
Jim Palmer Trucking is good for refrigerated trucking coast to coast and has a good cdl school.

Feedback on Roehl

Ronald, welcome and thanks for serving our country. Seems like Roehl are about average if not a little better.

The people that i have talked to were neither passionate in propping them up or putting them down lol. (Although that was a few years ago since talking to any driver there.)
