I am a young man age of 31 desperately looking to reach his goals an dreams of being a successful man providing a great future for his 2 children. I have driven for 3 companies over the last 5yrs. and I currently drive for Schneider national.

I have been going crazy trying to find a way to get into my own truck but have not yet reached my goal. so I came up with the idea to chase down a owner operator who needs a reliable hard working driver to work for him and hopefully he could pay me well enough where I could then save up and buy my own day cab. That is my current goal.

It doesn't matter what the loads are or how hard the work is, if you are paying that needed salary Im happy to work for you loyally. please just give me a chance to leave something behind for my kids and family.

I know how you feel. I finally found a small company (50 trucks) and he paid good, paper logs, .40 per mile, and after 6 months sold me a truck with $5 k down. I average between $2k-$3700 per week. The problem you will have quiet honestly is the state that u live in. Thete are plenty of clean starter trucks priced between $15-$25 k that you state will not allow you to bring home. if i were you i would buckle down and save $7-10k down on a truck or move out of California to a more trucker friendly state.
