Business proposition for all O/O.

I want to get back in the driver's seat but all I'm hearing is that I will have to go back through a CDl school. Instead of spending $3000-$4000,and three to four weeks at a CDL school why don't you train me for two weeks at a negotiated price,(paid back through pay-roll deductions), and I will agree to work for you for one year.

I'm 55 years old. I already have a clean class A CDL. I'm in good health, and I have six years OTR experience. It's a win/win for both of us. Think about it.
