Seat belt ticket while in training at CR England

Asking for my son - one week into his new trucking job with CR England and he received a seatbelt violation from DOT.

He reported it right away and will meet with the compliance officer in a few days. He is panicking thinking he will get fired. Clean DMV record otherwise.

He really likes his new job and I know he will never not wear his seatbelt again!

Tell him not to worry, even if CR England fires him, there's a dozen companies that will hire him the next day.

Have to ask CR England

Dont knw. Have to ask CR England that? It can be viewed 2 ways. Its minor violation. Other hand its ridiculous to not wear it knowing its a violation and could cost you.

Lots of things that will require more discipline and effort than clicking a seatbelt.

So it really depends on how they look at it and policy.

He is not alone but hope he learned a lesson and that everything works out for him Cindy.
