I have been involved (on the insurance side) in trucking since 1987. It was a whole new thing to me way back then and I knew very little about it. I have been in it long enough now to see many of the frustrations faced by our trucking industry and I really feel for them all.

It is a business target on which attorneys like to blame and milk trucking companies for anything they can and more. Truckers are held to a much higher standard than all other drivers out there and I have a great respect for them.

If people knew what truckers have to deal with from all angles, I would hope they (people) also would increase the level of respect they feel and show to truckers. I'm just sayin!
