Should I confess to smoking prior to drug testing

I currently work for a large trucking firm that bought out the company I previously drove for. Next month they will do hair drug testing and I smoke recreationally.

Can they fire me or is there some kind of forgiveness program? JB HUNT

...Should I fess up? I think I'll fail the test.
