If you're bobtailing, you can put it on Personal Conveyance assuming you are not bobtailing for work related reasons.

You have to know how many miles your company will allow you to go on Personal Conveyance though.

If you are bobtailing it should be off duty - personal conveyance assuming it is not for work purposes.

If you are electronic, then your company will have restrictions on how many miles or either how long you can drive on bob tail.
