Sick Of Brokers!!! Need direct contact with shippers

As a former driver and now an Operations Manager, I am forced to deal with freight brokers dozens of times everyday and 9 times out of 10 I get an insulting load rate.

I'm really trying to bypass these sharks and connect with dedicated shippers in the Chicago area.

Anyone know how I can find dedicated shippers besides cold calling? Is there any website that connects dedicated trucking companies with dedicated shippers?

I have a Kansas driving license where I actually live at the moment. I found a well-supported car in Missouri with a hand, not a dealer. It's 40 minutes from my town. In a month I am moving to Indiana and will live there. The seller cannot drive the car because there are no numbers on it. He put the car in the parking lot of his friend, who is a dealer. Those. the car is without numbers on the dealership site. Now the question. Please tell me step by step what should I do? Can the shipping company https://getcarrier.com/car decide this question?
