When Phase 3 of CSA 2010 is implemented in November, any CDL driver who has EVER failed a drug screen will have his CDL A revoked. Thanks to George W. Bush & George W. Obama.

Fred a refresher is a great start and also check with HireRight.com who has taken over for SSI on doing dac reports and get your free dac see where you stand and whats reported. Your entitled to 1 free report a year as a commercial driver.
