Perhaps not prescribed such as Ambien. However, my husband takes Tylenol PM's. they do work wonders for insomnia. Be careful, and ONLY take 2- or you will suffer from the "groggies" in the am!

Hey Mark, prescription or over the counter meds? Over the counter, yes. Prescription, depends. Any kind of barbiturates,Misspelled,I know, probably not. Try like hell to keep from having meds in your body. Usually, you'll be so tired, you won't need them. Jimmy
