As a o/o I came in to a ta to get service on truck at your NAPOLEON OHIO location water pump bad after sitting for over 24 hours to get fixed they pulled me in garage to fix 6hours later tell me we can't fix it sent wrong water pump not understanding after taking vin numbers and sombody who works on these everday and frightliner who makes the parts how this happened.

my understanding they only make one pump for this motor any drivers that need service this is not the ta to come to owned privately and it shows just making bad name for ta need to fix this problem I will never be back after this experience
