There is hope for felons

I had multiple convictions . Im in California , and had a job three days after obtaining my CDL.

I just worked at finding out who would hire with the background problems.... Felonys were 4 1/2 years old at the time . been driving for local central valley company four months.

With good work history is better. i Know for a fact Heartland express hires felons also have a buddy work for them.

Hey I need some help. I have a spottless driving record and up to a few years ago a spottless Criminal record. My ex wife put a restraining order on me.I literrly LIKE a FB picture of my daughter and doing so broke the order resulting in a Felony.I went to Roehl and was told that wont stop me from unrolling there training to get my CDL. Now after weeks of training at home I get a Email saying NOPE. Any Trucking copies out there that hire None violent NEW Felons for paid CDL training? Thanks for any help...BEN

I TRULY FEEL THAT WE AS FELONS HAVE PAID OUR DEPT FOR OUR PASSED ACTIONS. THAT DISPLACED US FROM SOCIETY FOR OUR POOR UNSOUND CHOICES. NOW WE HAVE TO GAIN THE PUBLIC RESPECT ONCE AGAIN, ITS JUST SOOOOOO, HARD TO INFORM THEM THAT WE TRULY RESPECT OURSELVES ONCE AGAIN.ALSO THAT WE DON'T WANT TO RETURN TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WALL. Don,t give up, I havn't

I am fresh out CDL Training and it has been hard.i am still looking for work.I have three felonies, I have been turn down, or no call backs which are a clear indication of no hire. I am still calling and placing apps, .I didn't get a break this week, with a company who will let me drive with a owner operater undr there authroity.I have not started driving yet but I am to retest monday 12/3/12.it's very painful to be turn down,however, Micheal Jordan said it best ...He failed time and time again and then he made it....keep trying and reaply... the wheel the sque gets the oil...god bless
