Training a large dog to get in and out of a tractor

I am currently in school for my CDL and have a 45 pound dog who is also at school with me. She is my service dog for non-insulin dependant diabetes. I need some suggestions on training her how to get in and out of the tractor.

She LOVES being in there but it is a struggle getting her in and out, ie I have to lift her in and out. ANy suggestions would be helpful!
