Hello, My name is Trevor Browning.I am from Kenly North Carolina. I used to work at Blue Beacon washing trucks year round and that is how my love for this whole industry started.

I will be graduating JCC truck driving school on February 26 2016. I am 20 years old and I need to start driving. I am a quick learner and driving is my passion. I am seeking a local job for right now until I turn 21 on June 27.

I know I have a lot of potential and I just need someone to lend me a hand. Since finding a job as a new CDL holder is not the easiest task.

It will indeed be challenging to find one that will hire you at 20 and right out of school. If you don't find one that you like, consider being a driver helper at a moving company. You might even start driving one of their straight trucks until 21 then you are sure to get on the road at 21.

Also, if you still work at Truck Wash, make sure to talk to all of the owner operators and let them know how passionate you are about driving.

Also, the best way to sell yourself is to show how mindful you are about what it means to be a great driver for the company or owner operator. That will make you stand out and they will hire you or mark on the calendar when you are 21 to drive for them.
