Want to Drive But Have a Charge

I am trying to find a company to help me get my CDL, but I have a possession of paraphernalia charge in Illinois!

Back in September or October of 2010 I bought a used car (an old taxi cab) was cleaning it out and found a marijuana pipe..

Had to take girlfriend to work so I stuck pipe in pocket! Got into argument with girlfriend,who then called the police. They arrived and searched me. Was charged with possession of paraphernalia,fined $1200! A Misdemeanor!

I would really like to get a CDL because I love driving! And I really need a Job!
What are my chances?
