was in a wreak driver who hit me did not have a vaild heath card accdent was in tenn. what are the laws ??

It's usually the law , that if the other driver legally had no right to be there, (driving while intoxicated, or not having valid license, and in trucking a valid cdl)
Then the other driver iscatvfault, even if the accident wasn't the other drivers fault.

Of course your question is some what leading....to assume the other driver was driving a vehicle requiring a cdl.....
