Well it depends on what account you are assisnged to and what dispatcher you have....when you get your frieght. My beef with them is that they hurry you up to be there for a load at the warehouse that may or may not be there when you get there and on average 16-18 hours in the warehouse waiting when I could be with my family resting up and spending time with them. yes I want to be there when the work is there but when it isn't and they know it isn't, don't schedule me for a sit at the warehouse.

Road breakdown is a joke. I'm being nice here. They really need to make an overhaul there.

I would love to change companies, but no on wants to pay me what I'm worth. no accidents and almost a million safe miles.

I'm a driver trainer and by the time the government milks my check for child support and taxes, i might see 300 dollars a week.

It's not enough for our house payment. I'm not sure what we're going to do but we have to do something soon.

I drove for 8 months,. Always broke down,. Too much deadhead back and forth,. Took weeks to get reimbursed for anything if at all,. Low layover pay.

I drove for them when i first started.was driver 10yrs.They were good to me then but i have to agree with you now changes have been made there.not a great place to be.I would move on you will find something better.
