I worked for these guys, there main problem is there really money hungry and i mean money hungry so hungry that they take it from there drivers.

My second check i got from them was for 202 dollars out of 1200 dollars check They claimed it a personal loan(express codes)
To pay for the truck needs, you keep reciepts and they reimburse you,
But they seem to lose receipts)So i learned on my first check and doubled up on receipts,But there bold and still dinged me so i know i did not eat 600 dollars +300 from my bank account in food
Hell i ate subway and was lucky to get a sandwich every day no pop candy or any other fast foods. Apples and cerals, peanuts you got the idea of what i ate i'm healthy 197 pounds,
Now there trucks,Put together from a grave yard full of Freights, worn used tires, And there information to the driver for delivery was wrong 9 times out of 10 wrong phone numbers wrong adrress,
These guys are hard up for drivers and they will hire new drivers but expect to get ripped off, And expect to sit around for your next load Up to a week.
They truly are a fly by night, and of course this is there third name. And they do push one guy there needs one more ticket and he can't drive anymore i was in the office when they was taking about it and the bossed just laughed.
I'm expecting my final check and it is 2 days late so i will call tomorrow and then i call Department Of Labor. I need this check so i can get to a job O on the scale i give them a 4 maybe after tomorrow it will be a 3

Has been an awesome place to work for the two I’ve been there. They will work with ya on just about any issue I caught covid and was off for almost 3 months and got my truck back ready to roll out. Show me another company that would do that.The equipment is kept up but it is older so you do have issues at times but so do newer trucks at least these get fixed. I rarely have to wait more than a couple of hours for another load. Kudos to Jay for all that he does he have a one very busy man. Both Keith and Jay have always been good to me.

wow whoever is driving this semi needs his license revoked and maybe some anger management. Sunday 7/18/2020 4 pm homestake pass heading west to Butte. Weaving in and out of traffic like a race car driver exceeding the speed limit at least 90. Tailing drivers. Called him in to the police. Plate 30-1712A.

These guys dont pay on time they have a driver that stays drunk all the time then gets behind the wheel they dont work on anything they say they do but dont their safety rating sucks I would not drive for these guys and they expect you to run with no sleep

I don't know what you guys are talking about. My husband and I team for them and they're great. Good pay, we don't sit and Jay will bend over backwards for us. The truck is older, but they keep it in great shape, the pay is good and the runs are nice. Get paid loaded or empty. Sticklers for the rules. I don't have a single bad thing to say, and I've worked for some real stinker companies. This one isn't one of them.

What a bunch of Spineless little bitches. And I am not talking about the WMF owner or his employees. I am pointing right at you scared little boys that type shit about people and don't have the guts to own your comments.

I Drove for these guys for about 6 months a few years back and it was a tough lesson learned. I agree what most of you say about Keith. He is a pain in the ass. He pissed me off numerous times. Ok, maybe numerous is an understatement, let's go with constantly. But he was probably right about half the crap I thought was bullshit. But only half.

Here are the facts.

1. I was a new driver with a questionable driving record.

2. I was Airline Maintenence Manager for 20 years and after getting caught up in the Airline bankruptcy shell game I figured trucking was easy money. I may have been a little bit off on that assessment.

3. I have a problem with authority. My first grade teacher mentioned it twice on my report card. And every bossman since knows this all to well. Keith included.

4. One really bad idea is to take a job you really dont need. I had enough cash stashed away to survive quite awhile and didnt lose any sleep over paychecks or little things like being on-time. NOTE: Being late as a trucker will not win you "Employee of the year".

5. They gave me a job as a new driver after I had been told "No" by a 100 companies. (estimated but close)

6. They don't pay very well. That is fact. But do you really expect top compensation as new drivers. I would guess that the damage to equipment and insurance for half a dozen rookies is higher than the GDP of most third world countries.

7. They do in fact hire Pre-release inmates from the neighboring state prison to work the shop and yard. I never had a problem with any of them. In fact, i want to shout out to my friend Magic Mike the Mechanic. He ain't to Purdy but he is good people.

Recap: I was a terrible employee, I am a pain in the ass. The boss is a pain in the ass. They have old equipment but new Pete's for every new driver makes less sence than asking a Canadian for ride home from the bar. You know who that was directed at.

Thanks for the job Keith. Seriously, It was appreciated. You fucking cheap ass Canadian slave driver.

yes , i give them a few credits... they will give u the opportunity to drive and gain ur experience.. but with their equipment and csa rating.. ur gonna be pulled in the scale 8 outta 10 times... yes u have to be very figulant in doing pretrips but this company will have u pay for ur mechanical tickets that u get.. now i ran up in canada for them and coutts scale was the worst for pulling us in... they dont like this company and the scale in butte doesnt like their safety record.. yes i tried to keep from owing them but i have not recieved my final check and any tickets taken out of my check without my written permission, is going to come back...one lesson in dealing with these guys is get everything in writing and talk to keith personally... i like these guys but as business people their style needs to be more receptive for the drivers.. i would be out for 5-6 weeks and since march my checks have been spotty... so needless to say if u need the experience .. expect to look ur truck over and yes i have talked to the labor board and am filing for the things i am owed.. keith is an arrogant fella. and think we r dumb.. or hard up... he will use that to his advantage.. doesnt care about the drivers... and to think they were one... goes to show a good company will make it easy for their drivers... not a chore or treat them like a oo when we r company... be warned...
