What companies offer legitimate paid training?

I am considering a career change into the trucking industry. I have read a lot of negative feed back with regards to paid training.


Are there any companies out there who offer legitimate and thorough training?

ive been away from them for about 5 years, when i was there they had a full program from getting ther permit, drivers license and then 80000 mile traing program to learn driving and the business of trucking.
paid from the time you get the drivers licence and a salary/draw during the permit and road test period of 4 weeks.
