What do truckers call each other?

Truckers sometimes call each other hand when on the cb radio.
"Thanks for that information hand!"
Or when talking about another driver or to another driver, they might just call him or her, "driver."
"Driver, you don't know what you're talking about. You can't get from Dallas to Raleigh in 15 hours in a truck. I don't care how fast you drive or how many log books you running. Go tell that lie somewhere else driver."
When truckers are referring to other truck drivers when talking to a group of truckers, they might call the other driver truck driver.
"Yall should have seen how far that truck driver was from the dock. He was driving the truck like he just stole it."
