Blue Light NEW

Gully Transportation out of Illinois has blue lights on the top rail of their van trailers. I believe that it is just to make it easier to identify them over the trailers of others. I'm not sure how they get away with it as DOT specifically prohibits any color other than amber or red for marker lights.
