What is a good company to work for at 21?

I 21 just finished truck driving school. Looking for a trucking job, Werner pre-hired but I read on different websites about how bad that they are.

Just need some advise and tips on what to do.

Getting on the road

My Boyfriend started with Werner Oct.17th and just got done with his training and is waiting to get his own truck.If you listen and read everything about every trucking company they all have there draw backs but,the bottom line is to get out there and get experience.Then you can pick and choose the company you want to work for.

Well it is a start. Get your years experience and then you can move on to a better job. Just remenber keep your nose clean and be safe and it will all pay off after your first year experience.

Every one complains, so let it roll off. Get your experience ASAP then you can start looking around if you don't like Werner after you get there.
Iam officially hired by CRST, went to orientation, got hired Nov. 19 and still am not in a truck.So just get going. good luck
