Generally at trucking company orientation you are given a big picture view of what the company expects of you and how to think about your job as a trucker.

You are given company specific rules, policies, procedures etc.

You will be given the various options available to you at the company. For example the different types of freight to haul. You'll learn about owner operator opportunities if it's available there.

You might also fill out additional paperwork.
