What is the best soft luggage to buy a trucker

I'm the wife of a long -hauler. He uses a long sloppy cheap duffle bag, cumbersome and needs to be replaced.

I'd like to get him something compact on wheel but will carry clothing , personals for at least 3 weeks at a time.

Please help.
