In my experience they put blue dye in the toilet to keep you from diluting sample with toilet water. Plus there is a temperature gauge on the cup so it proves it just came from your body.

You also can't flush until they have your sample. Why do you ask? It is true that a parole officer may watch you pee, but not a medical office.
