Luli, I don't know what on light is but federal law
makes it mandatory to wear your seat belt in a commercial vehicle.

Feel free to also explain what on light means.

what do you mean on light?

i can tell you that commercial traffic tickets can not be defended by individual with out lawyers.

and traffic tickets have there own court system in nyc. as compared to going to town court.
