hey,
google DOT diabetes insulin waiver..basically u can get it but a endocrinologist will have to fill out the form for you to apply. good luck...my son is also insulin dependent so this was good research.

I know Kansas will let you if you have a waiver - just trained a guy who had to do shots in the truck.
