You actually have 30-days according to the regulations. However many companies require immediate notification and most likely had you sign documents upon your hire that state so.

It is always best to be honest and up front. If you communicate with your supervisor they will most likely tell you to let them know if there is a conviction and they will address it then. If your supervisor gets word from someone other than you is when things will begin to go down hill rapidly.

Need tell as soon as get a ticket. If dont when they find out, u more than likely will get let go because u didnt report into them.
