Where the differences between regular trucking and Ice road trucking

Hello, I'm curious about the differences between regular over the road truck driving and the more extreme truck driving of Ice road trucking? What makes or breaks a Ice road truck driver?

And how do normal truck operators feel about truckers that drive on ice roads?
