When you are fired by: Anonymous
Like any other job you get yourself home.
However, when an individual is fired the company must pay him/her on the spot, and if the company fails to do this they will be liable for damages not to exceed 30 days pay, or $1500.00 whichever is less. Also the amount of pay.
This is in our federal labor codes/law. If this has happened to you I suggest you contact your local labor board, and file a complaint, whether they have sent your pay or not because there are damages when they do not follow the rules. They MUST pay you on the spot!!
